Our Story
A.D.A. Vintage Boutique was founded in honor of Founder and Creative Director Mikkayla’s great-grandmother, Ada, whose unwavering belief in her became the foundation of the brand.
Ada often told Mikkayla that one day she would own her own boutique because she believed in her granddaughter’s creativity, vision, and ability to help others feel their very best. One of the greatest gifts Ada gave Mikkayla was the reminder found in Philippians 4:13:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Those words became the foundation of Mikkayla’s life. Through every challenge, every opportunity, and every dream, that verse has remained close to her heart and continues to guide both her life and her business.
After Ada passed away in 2017, Mikkayla knew she wanted to honor the dream they had always shared. Ada’s legacy became the inspiration behind everything A.D.A. Vintage Boutique represents today.
Ada also taught Mikkayla that when you see a red cardinal, it is a reminder of hope, faith, protection, and the courage to keep moving forward. That symbolism lives within the brand. The red cardinal is featured in the A.D.A. Vintage Boutique logo and positioned over the heart as a reminder to lead with purpose, compassion, resilience, and faith.
